We have set a date and secured a venue for our Bel Air Village Town Hall – Meeting of the Members! We will be offering a virtual option for those who are unable to attend in person.

A draft agenda and communication about the meeting will go out to all residents that have registered on the association website and have provided an email address. What to expect:
• The Town Hall meeting will be for informational purposes only. This will not be a formal Board Meeting.
• Essex will have a brief presentation discussing issues such as: Current community updates, committee formation, future homeowner events, compliance and maintenance.
• An orderly Q&A Session will follow the presentation.
