Performing Exterior Roof Inspections for Townhomes Only

As the Managing Agent for Bel Air Village Homeowners Association Inc., we want to inform you that on Friday, May 24, 2024, from 8:00am-5:00pm, the HOA roofing contractor will be performing inspections of townhome roofs for possible damage caused by inclement weather/storms that occurred on Thursday, May 9, 2024. THE INSPECTIONS WILL BE PERFORMED FOR TOWNHOMES ONLY.

Note: The contractor will be accessing the roof with ladders.
