Good morning, Bel Air Village homeowners! Starting this week, Sunset Landscaping will begin “scalping” the turf in the Common and Townhome areas. Scalping is simply cutting the grass significantly shorter than normal. This is in preparation for the Rye seed application, which includes several different steps, such as Scalping, broadcasting seed and fertilization. We wanted to let you know why this was happening in the event that there was concern over how the grass was being mowed.
