Association Update - November

Good morning, Bel Air Village homeowners! I wanted to make you aware of the following updates and work that is either underway or will begin shortly:

• Repairs and staining the wood fence around the Townhomes from hail/storm damage is underway.
• The landscape contractor will begin excavation of dirt and removing the old mulch in front of the Monument Letters along 1417 and replacing with Colorado Salt and Pepper rock.
• Repairs of Drainage Issues at Townhomes will begin next week.
• Holiday decorations are being installed.
• Winter Rye Seeding is complete.

I met with a Lieutenant with the Sherman Police Department at Bel Air Village on Thursday, October 9th to discuss safety concerns, illegal parking, speeding, noise and animal control, etc. I have requested more frequent patrols, both day and night, on behalf of the community. I am contacting the City Engineer regarding possible traffic calming devices as well as other safety options as discussed at the Town Hall meeting.

Per Sherman PD: Please report any issues that you see or hear directly to the Sherman Police Department so that they can maintain a record of incidents and track follow up actions.
